About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Ceramic Coating Lamborghini Manchester website and to any ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film, detailing or maintenance services you book with us. By using the website or booking a service, you accept these terms.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are provided free of charge based on the information and photographs you supply and, where appropriate, an in-person assessment of the car. A quote is an estimate of the work described; if inspection reveals materially different paint condition — for example, previously undisclosed paintwork or damage — we will discuss revised options with you before proceeding, and no additional work will be carried out without your agreement.

Durability figures for coatings are realistic ranges based on typical use, storage and correct maintenance; they are not guarantees of a fixed lifespan, which depends on factors outside our control.

Your car and our care of it

We take reasonable care of every car in our custody. Before work begins we record the car's condition, including existing defects, with you or by photographic record. Please remove valuables from the car before any appointment; we cannot accept responsibility for items left inside.

Paint correction removes a small amount of clear coat by design. Where paint depth readings indicate that correction would be unsafe on any panel, we will limit or decline that work and explain why — the readings, not the booking, decide.

Aftercare responsibilities

Coatings require the aftercare described at handover — including keeping the car dry during the initial cure period where possible, gentle washing methods thereafter, and periodic maintenance. Damage or premature coating failure caused by automatic car washes, harsh chemicals or failure to follow the aftercare guidance is outside the scope of any workmanship undertaking.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the price paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in paint, film or trim that are revealed — rather than caused — by cleaning, correction or coating processes, and any such findings will be reported to you as they arise.
